Home Platforms Insights Get in touch GEM is a development platform: a set of custom screens, layouts and workflows that Crinkle Cut Digital builds into your CRM. It carries our knowledge of the funds management industry and how sales and marketing teams actually work, applied directly to the system your team uses every day, modelled on fund flows, APL and platform tracking, and relationship management, with each user able to configure their own screens and layouts to suit their role.
GEM does not require Salesforce. It can be built into Salesforce, or into a custom-built CRM your organisation already runs. Either way, GEM is a front end. It does not replace or duplicate your CRM data, it presents and works with the data already there.
GEM operates entirely inside your organisation's existing CRM, whether that is Salesforce or a custom-built system. It does not store or process your data anywhere else. Permissions, sharing rules and audit history work exactly as they do in the rest of your CRM.
Records you view or update in GEM are the same records in your CRM, viewed through a different screen. Nothing is copied out to a separate database.

GEM is provided to your organisation as part of your organisation's commercial engagement with Crinkle Cut Digital (ABN 48 678 723 389). Access to GEM is limited to users within your organisation and is governed by the agreement between your organisation and Crinkle Cut Digital.
The design, code and components of GEM are owned by or licensed to Crinkle Cut Digital. Your organisation's data, and any records created or modified within GEM, remain your organisation's property at all times.
To the extent permitted by law, Crinkle Cut Digital is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of GEM, beyond what is set out in the agreement between your organisation and Crinkle Cut Digital.
